Anyone interested in a Dyno Day and a new custom tuning solution?
Hey all, its been awhile since I posted here (busy, busy), but Church Automotive Testing has become a dealer/tuner for the latest and coolest Nissan/Infiniti tuning software on the market - UpRev's Osiris rom tuning software that allows custom reflashes and complete control over the factory ECU.
So, we wanted to do a dyno day for all the G35 and 350Z folks out there and demonstrate some of the cool features available from the Osiris package - and we'll give away a free custom tune/reflash (a $650 value including the ECU license and dyno tuning) in the process. If we get enough interest, someone from UpRev may come out to talk some more about the product and answer questions. After having tuned a couple cars with this software, I am really excited about it. This is the tuning solution VQ owners have been asking for for ages, giving us capability to match the standalone or reflash options available to other makes.
The UpRev software currently applies to virtually all G35s and 350Zs up to 2006 (2007+ not supported yet) and also to Nissan Titan pickups. UpRev is working to add more applications each day. The package supports real time tuning, and can incorporate up to 5 maps on the stock ECU that you can switch through with your cruise control buttons. I've already set up my 05 G35C 6MT with a valet map, stock map, performance map and race gas map. The Osiris package can also support forced induction cars on the stock ECU.
If you've already purchased one of UpRev's off-the-shelf Romtune packages, then your ECU is already licensed for UpRev products meaning that tuning is much cheaper ($170/hr for a full custom tune - 1.5-2. hours normally). And once you've purchased your first reflash/tune, all subsequent tuning is billed at the normal hourly rate as well.
We're thinking about setting up the Dyno Day Saturday Sept 22nd with an alternate day of October 6th. Please list your preferences and interest and we'll try and confirm a day in the next week. Baseline dynos for all interested will be $45. You don't need to dyno to be entered in the free reflash drawing - you just need to be there when we announce the winner.

Glad to see the interest. If anyone posts over at my350Z.com, see if you can post a link in the SoCal forum there. For some reason my post got moved (can't imagine why) and I can't get a response from the mods.
