J/K... it the other thread I posted that it looks like poll is skewed.

Let’s go with caterer... did you read the post from last night about the food? I suggest you PM each of us on the sign up list and give us your PayPal address... If everyone on the list goes we should be good with $10 ea - however I forgot about a tip for the guy (especially since he's willing to deliver) - maybe we should make it $12, which should give him a decent tip.

Also, we need to square away drinks.
Does the caterer require a deposit? If so, how much?

I can collect the moola and either I drop off the deposit before-hand or give you everything at CS.

And yeah, I'll ask everyone to send $12 to cover the tip as well.

Either way, I'll start sending the PM's tonight (11ish).

he didn’t mention anything about a deposit... the owner is a friend of a guy I work with so I think he figures we're good for whatever we say... That's why I don't want to end up snafu'd. I'll call and find out early next week...

I'll bring a table to put everything on - can someone bring an extra chair for me? and what are we going to do about drinks?...

Sounds good. I can take care of water and soda. How many cases should I bring?

I also can bring a few chairs. Not sure how many can fit in my trunk though.

For 12 people, I guess at least a case of soda and one of H2O… maybe you should get $15 from everyone to cover drinks too?...

Are you bringing a cooler? If not I can bring one or two…

Wally you still planning on collecting funds?... Are you using PayPal?... I never got a PM... I guess it doesn't matter cause I plan to be there... but you never know - I don't want to be the guy that said pay up front so we don't eat your cost, then not show - so I need to get you my funds...

I'll collect $12 from everyone. I'll take care of the water and sodas.

I have no cooler so if you have one, that'd be great if you can bring it.

You guys have preferences on what snacks, chips, or whatever munchies you want? Since there are like 10+ people, I'll bring about 5 big bag chips or something.... suggestions?

Poore Brothers Habanero & Jalapeno chips are the best on the planet! They are hard to find though... so whatever you get is fine.

Where can I get some? I'll try to find them, but it'd be much easier if you can tell me who sells these?
