Wally, let me know how much $$$ we have for the caterer... we might have enough to get the "feast" deal he mentioned (even though it will probably feed more than we need)...

good question..

It should be enough, IMO. We'll just have to keep refilling it every so often.

Vlad, how many chairs do you plan to bring? Also, maybe you might need to bring that cooler so the ice doesn't melt on the way to CS.

B L U E S L A T E is bringing the canopy.
Mike is bringing 2 coolers.
SmokeDriftR is bring a few chairs (not sure how many).
I'm sure I can fit at least 3 chairs in my car.

Anyone or anything else I might of forgot please add. Thanks.

I'm bringing a table too - for the food to sit on (not enough room to eat on)....

Okay guys, the order has been placed – it looks like we have 11 paid with possible 2 more pending… The order feeds 12-15 so no more payments accepted…

We got a modified version of the “feast” mentioned previously… it’s 2 slabs of ribs, 3 pounds of tri tip and 3 whole 5 lbs chickens – with x-tra large potato salad, beans and coleslaw… this comes to $130 (including delivery to the track)…

We have enough to cover the cost, but if everyone eating can bring an extra $2 or $3 to the track for a tip that would be great. Wally and will cover whatever we don’t collect – I’d like to give the guy $20-$25 tip for making this happen (delivering to the race track is not a normal thing for them).
