What about in the upper level at the Sherman Oaks Galleria parking lot, in the outside area? We could chill there and if/when we're hungry there's a few good spots to grub at down there.

Also if the spot you are talking about is lowered car friendly and there are no people on the top and it is a good spot that we wont get hassled then i don't have a problem switching spots up here and there...

If I remember correctly (I did work there after all lol), there aren't any speed bumps in the structure, and the driveway in/out is mild (going off memory here). I'll have to double check that for you though.
