the stiffer the setting the less rebound, hence a bumpier ride, but instead of your wheels feeling the shock, its the whole car, if you are gonna dump it i'd definitely get it pretty stiff

well im saying to reduce the posibility of rubbing AND still be able to have strenght in my back

oh dude i wont even do canyons, maybe like once or twice a year but its there like a rule of thumb kind thing on which side (front or back) has to be stiffer than the other?

Usually the rear should be a bit stiffer...10-15% about?
