Go to homedepot, they carry the plastic mesh too

My arms are killing me

I hit the gym for the first time in 8 months and wayy over did it. It's been more than 48 hours since I did my upper body workout and I can't stretch or compress my arms because it feels like its going to blow up!

This is the worst DOMS i've experienced.

Should I try to stretch or just rest those muscles? I tried to stretch and it didn't seem to help much.

omg I am feeling like **** rite now.. I puked like 2ice and about to go on my 3rd one...

Dont stretch yet Henry, you worked out so your muscle fibers are already torn. wait a day or so. Once you work out a muscle group it takes 72hrs to fully recover. Best thing = Sleep and eat.
