So no one has an opinion on the Alpha Werk Headers? Some guy is giving them away for free. He just wants me to pay for labor.

naw not yet. I was going to get HFC but i'm waiting for a good deal to come around.

 

word... honestly... it's better to not leave any OEM parts in between after market parts... ie headers > cats > cat-back exhaust... 'cause then it's like an hour glass effect.

 

 

i think you can get a whole set for like 400 bucks.

but their offsets blow.. thats the only thing i dont like..

i havent asked what offsets they offer yet but from what i have researched they are hella weak.. and they only seem to offer 8.5 and 9.5 in 19" i want 10 and 11.5 lol

doubt they have those sizes.. lol

 

just be patient for HFC's, headers aren't worth it.

if the offsets are what you consider weak then just wait on another set of wheels.

Samham: Wheels that are outsourced and made specifically for, and sold through Infiniti only = OEM , that's like saying a 3 series with M3 wheels = aftermarket wheels! LOL

Edgar: Economy is hurting almost everyone I think. Doesn't look like it is tiding over anytime soon (financial analysts are predicting at the earliest 2011) so I'm going to have to set new short term and long term planning. Recession=FTL By the time the recession ends and people start thinking of buying homes again, the prices will shoot up like crazy!

Kris: The 5-10 whp you would gain from doing headers isn't worth paying for the labor to do a header swap. With some of the smaller aftermarket companies, hell, you might even be losing power.

Marco: Congrats again, maybe it could use some spacers but you got the rims/tires which is awesome.

yea you are being nice on the whp gains on headers. Definitly need a tune after all the breathing your letting the car do. Opening it up that much it's mandatory.
