shouldnt it be upto the TEAM on when we will hold a meet?
or is it going to be like.... officers choose a couple of dates and then the TEAM gets to vote on which one we go with?
or do the Team members as a whole.. officers and non officers get to give suggestions on Dates and locations for the meet?

example: every last sunday of the month will be our meet at this Glance location. 7pm, dont be late...
we need to get some meets in order. We have a few prospects who want to be part of Glance but we cant get to know them without any meets.

Yeah... They are officers... But this is a democratic team were we agreed to decide on bigger issues as a team.. I feel that where we have and when we have our official monthly or bimonthly meet should be decided.by all of us so that we make sure that what ever the decision is we are comfortable with it and have no issue with what the out come is..

everyone can voice their opinion on days that will be easier for their schedule then officers can decide the date based off of everyones opinion. Not everyone will be happy with the date selected but like has been said before " your not required to show up to every meet but make an effort to show up"
For me Sunday's will be the best for me or even Monday's but hopefully a location that is not to far of a drive.
I dont mind Royal being a good meeting spot since parking is good, bar is great and location is a median spot for many of us.

Don't really mind where it will end uo being because you guys are all further east from where I stay at.. I just want to makesure its a spot where the majority of us agree on and on a date that a majority of us are ok with is all
Get some Megan Coilovers Sam.. They have pillowball mounts and they all have great reviews for street driving the Track version are nice and stiff also
