Okay, so a lot of sedans have really been stepping it up lately. Case in point, the now Annual Big SoCal Sedan Meet w/All-Star photo shoot. So, i was talking to a fellow sedan guy w/some new performance goodies and we talked about how it could be really fun to meet up and compare our setups. NA Bolt-on's + tune & gears is a pretty popular setup, so it'd be nice to get a group together and compare. this is in no way meant to be a "Who's got the fastest sedan?" contest. FI guys are welcome to come out too, so we could all see what a few tenths or so feels like, LOL. this is just a feeler, and could easily turn into something more legit, maybe even w/some media coverage. who knows? just wanted to see if anyone else would be interested. any input/ideas are welcome.

- Dyno
- Canyon Run/AutoX/Road Course
- Drag strip/back road testing
- Driving a few other drivers cars
- Photo/Video shoots
- Exhaust clips: start up, idle, rev, take off, flyby

hey, guys... no dates or locations set yet, still gauging interest on participants. if you wanna come out and watch, that's all good but the list is more meant for people w/some money under the hood. open to suggestions as to time & place.

Yo, what about the G's with no mods , how about getting Vendors to come out and offer plenum spacer installs, plenum cleanings ,oil catch can installs,ect.......
Get Tony @motordyne to come out,,
Talk to the newbs.....ect

 

Bh818 and i recently did plenum cleanings, the amount of crap that was in our plenums was disgusting. But the gains felt were INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!
I was gonna start a thread on it,
but this could be the perfect forum for this maintenance that is rarely performed , and since Infiniti has been making the G for seven years now ,it could be fair to say that there could be alot of G's with filthy plenums, this is a service that we shou;d all know how to do , and it is a performance mod!
Also if we can get enough people ill try to get an Infiniti tech with the air idle learn machine , with that we can do tb cleanings and maf cleanings...................feedback?

Is it just me or does nobody care about handling? Power is only half the package.

How about some ghetto skidpad testing and slalom? I'm pretty sure that none of you have a datalogger, but using an iphone or some similar device is better than nothing...

If you guys are serious about a road course event, then I can get you guys a group discount.
