...on your new 2006 coupe?

I'm looking to buy a ndw 2006 coupe 6MT, black obsidian, graphite leather, premium package, nav sys, splash guards and trying to get an idea how much you guys paid. I live in Austin, but am shopping all the dealerships in Austin, SA, Houston, and Dallas. Right now I'm getting $1000-1500 above invoice as the openning quote. Dealers' excuse for not dropping the price is the black 6mt coupe is extremely rare. What do you guys think?

I paid $1500 under invoice for my laser red.. there were only 4 that were going to be delivered to the area. They were even "sold," but i gave them cash before one of them put a deposit on it.

 

I got 1000$ over invoice....didn't think I couldn't get any better.

I was quoted originally 1500 over invoice with West Houston. Then I took the printed out quote with monthly payment TTL etc. took it to southwest and they beat it.

They printed me another quote. Since they didn't have any other DG in the area at that time(I called around houston) I went ahead and got it.

 

700 over invoice back in October of 2005.

 

Finally, I'm over the shopping!! I settled for a DG/graphite G35 6mt coupe with premium pack and splash guards for about the invoice ($34,300). Although it's not the color I wanted (black), those are pretty rare and I think I'm getting a good deal. Thanks for the help guys. I get the car on Saturday!

 

Put twin turbos and 20" rims as soon as you get it, just kidding! not really!

 

Haha, 298 is a lot of HP for me. Drove a 120HP Celica for 7 yrs! I might go FI eventually, but not for a year or two.

I planned on getting black wheels at first, but those 19" 5-spoke stock rims are damn sexy! Just a pain to clean due to the small crevaces. I can't even look at the other stock wheels anymore (18"s and 17"s), just so ugly!
