I've seen at least 5 G coupes rolling on the north side of Austin in the past 3 days. Here's the break down:

2 - behind the Tivoli building off of Burnet.
1 - off Braker between Burnet and Metric.
1 - in the Chinese shopping center off of Research, in front of Din Ho Restaurant.
1 - rolling on Mopac South, just north of Parmer.

I moved a few months ago after graduating, now in the DFW. I had an 05 AB Coupe 6MT.

 

Nice, I'm a UT grad too, class of '03. You should check out the group "UT G35 and 350Z Enthusiasts" on facebook. Not a lot going on there, but I'm trying to get people talking on it.

 

Im up in North Austin (Cedar Park) and have a DG Coupe with DB GT-7's, Gialla Grille and Veilside Underwings... I just moved out from the Bay Area about 3 months ago or so. I've been on the forums for a while but just dont post much.

Yea i'm class of '06, I joined that group a few weeks ago. My name is Jeff. I've had a guy ask for some advice on mods and stuff, but I think it was from another g35 group. Blueskyline is on there too.

 

I live in Georgetown, but work in South Austin. I do a lot of driving even though I hate it. I'm Vortech SC'd

 

Oh nice. Haven't seen your ride around. Is it a sleeper? Color, transmission? How do you like the vortech and what numbers are you puttin down?

 

That is a long drive man, but it's just more quality time with your car!

 

I just hate that I'm putting so many miles on the car. I'm looking for a daily driver.

 

i'm in central austin. close to UT campus. it'd be nice to have a meet at some point, and i don't see too many mod'd g's around. we should try and get something together, even if it's only a few g's

 

I agree! I bought my G35 at Austin Infiniti and according to the saleswoman (Shealea), she said there's a G35 community here, but I haven't looked into it yet (maybe for the sedans??). I've never been to an auto meet before, so don't know exactly what goes on in those. It'd be nice if a more veteran G35 owner can put something together.
