One of the cars as far as i know was not EL's fault as the customer over reved the motor to about 10k and blew it so that just customer being stupid but I dont know the whole story.

Just seems to me that a shop can answer all the questions you have but if you don't have any referrals, no one is standing up and saying those guys worked on my car i've had little to no problems then...
