Contemplating goin with the Tommy Kaira ITB intake manifold. Wanted to get some opinions and any info on any problems I may run into.

if nothing else it looks SICK!!! I want one!!!! it has the similar design of the SSV which as we know and despite what Tony thinks causes you to lose horsepower unless your FI. if your not going for speed than i would get it either way.

That looks crazy! I think it would suck all the hot air rising from the manifold/headers and inside the engine bay!

The SSV is designed for FI. You CANNOT run ITB (Individual Throttle Bodies) with any type of FI (Forced Induction). Well the Top Secret design is 6K, but the Tommy Kaira one is not released to the public yet. They used it on there R34 with the VQ35 N/A swap.

Would definately use a vented hood. I am actually gonna start calling Fabrication shops and see if I cant find a place that will CNC one for me.

 

6 cold aem cold airs!! haha j/k...thats sick...the itb for the s2k is over a grand i think...and since ours is 6cyl...then ours will be over 3 grand...jsut cuz thats the price they wanna make it...mean while it might cost under $500 to make...bastages !!
