G35 driver dies in racing accident

Anyone have a clue who it was?....I saw it on the channel 3 news but couldnt find a video link, or any link for that matter. But I found this: http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/met....1185275d.html

It was a silver coupe with BLK w/polished lip rims.....

That's really tragic. That's why I keep it to the track... my prayers and best wishes go out to those two families.

Sad? Yes. Tragic? No. The guy rolled the dice by deciding to street race and lost. It's a shame, but totally preventable.

its sad true. i was driving home from work that night at around 3am. from I10 it looked to me like a grand am. the things that bother me on it is that.......

1. it was raining pretty much all day and at that time it was still a heavy drizzle and the roads were wet.

2. why would you street race in a "G".

3. even if you would street race in a "G", why hit speeds in excess of 100 mph on the access road?

condolences go to the families of the vics.

we've all hit speed up to 100 and i must say my G sedan really suck when it comes to handling at high speed. way to ez to loose control. the steering wheels on the g suck at that speed.
