Angry Southwest Infiniti Dealer Scratch my rims!

I took my car in for 30k service on monday, got the car back on tuesday with a curb rash on right side front and rear rims. I didn't catch it till yesterday. Called the service guy and just said he'll take a look at it and see what could be done.

I'm taking it back today to show it to them and they better fix. argh! why can't they take care of other people's car properly!

Have any of you had this kind of bad experiences before?

A friend of mine here in houston also had his Gcoupe wheel scratched by them a couple of months but they did fix it after complaining about it.

I really hope they will do the same for me.

A while back, I took my sedan to NH Infiniti for an oil change. They asked if I wanted a tire rotation and I said no. Well, that night I filled up on gas and looked down to see scratches around just about all lugnuts. Some were not that bad but it was very noticeable. I was pretty upset because they were not even suppose to touch the wheels. They were pretty good about fixing it so no hard feelings.

West Houston Infiniti scratched my stock 6 spokes a couple of years ago.
The scratches were in the lub nut holes. Those jerks.

A friend of mine had some rims on his car, and the people that worked on his car scratched his rims. There should be a pre-inspection sheet of the car. That way, if you did do damage, you can fix it, and if not, you dont have to. This place did not have the inspection sheet, but thank god he took pics of his car and rims AT the shop before he left, with a date and time on them. The kind of rims he had were discontinued, so they had to buy him all new rims. He got lucky.

Only problems I've ever had with Southwest Infiniti was they washed my car one time when I told them not to and they stole two pieces of gum from my console armrest. Let us know how the repair goes.

Hey Guys,

I just got my car back on monday, and I've got to say they were very professional about it, didn't give me any problems at all.

They got me an appointment and loaner right away and they fixed my wheels.

The Service Advisor didn't want to take my car through the car wash because he thinks that's what scratch it. (I really really doubt it)

Anyways, I liked the service advisor, he let me pick which loaner I want. hehehe I've got to say, the G35S is freakin awesome!

And yes they do have a inspection sheet before they take my car in. they didn't argue because it wasn't logged in the inspection sheet. it was scratched after they serviced my car.

the only problem ive ever had was my first oil change. since I bought my car used they give that first free oil change and the dealership people didn't tighten my damn oil filter enough so i was leakin oil for a freakin month. I started realizing it since everytime i got out of my car i smelled something similar to burning rubber as if i ripped my car like crazy which i never do..so then i checked it out and realized that the bastards didnt tighten it and let em have a piece of my mind.. =D
