It's exciting to hear that everyone is having a great time with their G 35's. Thanks for G35Driver for hooking us up with a great site for finding resources and links for all G Fan - Atticts.

I'm about to take the next step in owning my first G and I really would appreciate any recommendation from the Houston owners on where to go and who they delt with personally. I read all the posts here and it seems that I should stay away from SouthWest Infiniti . . . too bad since there 10 minutes away from my house.

If Dallas Fort Worth is such a great place to buy, then I might consider having it shipped to me, but I'm trying to sell my 2000 4Runner also so any help would be greatly appreciated.

i bought mine from north infiniti of houston and they have been nothing but good to me (any my mom who bought hers there)

Actually I bought mines from SW Infiniti and they were great! I don't know who says they had bad service. A week after I bought my car they sent me fruit basket, gifts, etc to my work place which I really thought was considerate of them. I never had a bad experience with them. They even sent me a birthday card also

 

I bought my car from West Houston Infiniti just last week. They were nice and the process was easy. I basically got 1k off the sticker, but they made me pay for the stupid 500 window tint.. oh well

 

I bought mine from SouthWest Infiniti. They were OK for awhile.
Then my Service advisor went to ClearLake Infiniti. The
service department at that point ignored me. When They finally
decided that they would provide service to me, they lied and lied
about the G35 facts and provided rude service. I switched to West
Houston Infiniti and have had nothing but great experiences.

How do you switch over to another dealer? I thought once you buy from one dealer, your free services (oil changes, car wash) can only be done at that dealer. ???

 

I have leased 2 g35 coupes from West Houston Infiniti and can recommend this dealer. I leased a '03 CB 5AT coupe right when they came out in November of 2002 and just traded it for a DG 6MT with nav, satellite radio, & aero kit this weekend. They got me out of my lease early with no problems and very little expense. I went through Terry Epps on both deals and was very pleased!

I have read good things about North Houston Infiniti on this site as well. When I was looking the first time I stopped by SW Infiniti, but passed b/c I thought their sales guy was a *****.

The dealer gives nothing away for free! Mine was used when
purchased. The warranty is good at any dealership. I prefer
not to give my time and money to the ASSHO*ES
at SouthWest Infiniti.

I was treated like a queen at Southwest Infiniti. Great price...went lower than offer from Clear Lake. I got the same gifts and b-day as Euro G. AWESOME SERVICE TOO!! You get a loaner car for any service need. (they have about 50 cars in the their loaner fleet) See Ricky Tejada (pronounced Te-hada) he was the Internet Manager at the time. I think he got promoted. COOL as heck!!! Tell him Kim Correia sent you!!!!

I got my G from Billy Franks at Clear Lake. Gave me VPP when no one else in Houston would. Did not add anything to the VPP price as there is a field on the VPP form to do so. Also sent a thank you fruit basket to me at work. Overall a great experience. FYI-Clear Lake and Southwest have the same owner.

 

Just wanted to thank everyone for there input and experiences. I can tell you I've been shopping around a lot and decided to wait till the end of this year to place my order for the 2005 model.

Honestly,

I have lost faith in all Infiniti dealerships + Infiniti Corporate. The Service Manager of West Houston Infiniti has advised Infiniti Corporate there is nothing wrong with the interior of my sedan.West Houston Inf tries to fix the problem the incorrect way, causting Infiniti more and more money. If the Service Manager would get off his "butt" and think about the real problem, they would be able to fix it correctly.

Any ways, I thought West Houston Infiniti "was" a good place.
