I just picked up my '05 Coupe yesterday. Happy to finally be part of the family. Definitely going to try to make it to the Import Face-Off on Oct 2nd. And Like to know if there's any other meets coming up. I'm from Denham Springs by the way.

 

I can't make the Import Face-Off but I am a Baton Rougeite as well. Dprothman..where did you get your G from?

 

I drove out to Lapeyrouse's over in Jeanerette. It was a little bit of a drive but it was $3,000 less than the one I was looking at Price Leblanc Lexus and about 20,000 less miles. With tinted windows, new rims, and a kenwood dvd/navigation touch screen. Bad thing was on the way home I got stuck in traffic on the bridge and the fans weren't coming on and the radiator over heated and blew a hole in the top. Dealership had it towed and fixed for me at least.

Are there any new meets around the Baton Rouge area?

 

Where do people meet in BR? I have not been out in the scene in a while and I was just wondering if something changed.

 

I don't know anyone who meets up here in BR. It would be nice to hook up with other G35 DIY mechanics like myself around here!

 

Usually a few people meet at Coffee Call on college dr thursday nights. There's a big group of us in Louisiana in the group VQ Krewe. You can add the group on facebook to keep up with meets and have a private forum on there as well.
