Is there not a strickly G/z meet up anywhere? It's sounding to me like all these meets are all kinds of cars, and hundreds of them at that. In the past I've always liked the smaller meets myself (typically one or two kinds of car entusiasts there)...

 

Hi Ivory...I agree with you. I've been in Texas for just about a month and what i gather is, G owners are hard to get together. As I start to learn everyone's names and crap like that, I'll start actively putting together G/Z only meets...one will be at my house on Skyline Drive (how appropriate)...are you meeting with us on Saturday to go to the Dallas Auto Show? We are meeting at Grubbs Infiniti at 9am, heading to the show at 9:30am and then after meeting up with G/Z owners for lunch...check out the Dallas Auto Show thread for details....scroll all the way to the 2nd or 3rd page for the Grubbs info.

 

Yeah it is hard to get G owners together. =\

 

I would have gone to the Auto Show this weekend, but I'm going to Austin this weekend. Glad to hear there are others interested in smaller G/Z gatherings, maybe we can make it happen sometime then.

I used to have a Camaro SS and would go to a local gathering when I had the chance. It was usually 10-20 cars and it was held up on Preston and 121 by Chucks. I havn't been up there in a while, but something like that is what I had in mind. Get together and grab a bite to eat and talk about whatever.

nope, from tulsa. Didn't even drive the G down. it's at home sittin in the garage. I was worried about the weather.
