ok ok, so that means you had helping with the rain. let's just not have it happen again. lol, mother nature is usually against me so it's all good. I still haven't gotten to wash my car since before the stampede. it's rained everytime I planned to wash it (like today)

Sorry about that ... I was stupid enough to wash mine this morning before I drove into San Antonio, so the rain was probably my fault. \:

scout, the next stampede isn't planned yet. I'm sure it will be great though. turk is the one in charge of the planning part. we just have to wait for his decision

Well...Three weeks after the Stampede I start hearing a clunking sound from my front end whenI hit bumpy roads. An entirely new sickening sound that you know is just not right. So I dropped the car off at West Houston Infinity and took a 2005 G35 Sedan as a loner. (Love that car!) It turns out my front
passenger side sway bar connection to the end link was finger tight! Holy S*&t..... I wonder if the super hard driving of the car during the Stampede caused the say bar endlink to come loose, or if it was loose during the Stampede. Anyway.... problem fixed.

Had a chance to drive the 2005 Sedan at night. Wow! The interior clock is lit from behind and the hands are black against the lit background. On the very outside of the dial, the color is black with the tick marks lit. The clock is very easy to read and a huge improvement over the POS I have. I also noticed the 2005 5AT will drop you into 3rd gear is you are traveling slowley, say 30 mph. as opposed to dumping you off into 4th. I really like the refinement of this new 2005 G35.

Thanks! Sorry for the late reply. I guess you could say we're moving for both work and school as they are intertwined. My wife is a professor and got a job at UT so I guess you could say work and school.

We're under contract on our first home and I can't wait to move in this summer.

ps Don't feel too bad I hit a massive pothole on the way home last night. I didn't see it as it was raining here in NYC. I need to get my G out of Manhattan asap!

Thumbs up TX meets

Wow guys, I'm sure kicking myself for not going. Although, I'll probably be the most stock guy there; it's nice to see that the G's are starting to represent some more. Hopefully I'll get to go to the upcoming meet.

Hey Randy, let me know when you move down to DFW and have some free time. There's a couple of local G's along with yours truly that try to meet up more often.
