do you have to bypass the factory amp when installing a deck???

u need a interface bose harness for the bose system

where can I get one and how much is that?



So from my understanding this is what I need to change my headunit only to work with my stock speaker/stock sub and stock amp.

1. A New Head Unit
2. Double Din Trim
3. Antenna Converter
4. METRA 70-7551 INFINITI G35 Wiring Harness
5. interface bose harness

Do I need to know anything else before I start purchasing these things, AM I MISSING ANYTHING PLEASE ADIVSE....

fzr,

You should be good! I cannot of anything else you would need. And honestly, I don't think you need the bose interface harness because the metra harness should act to bypass the amp.

of you can just sauder(SP) the speaker wires and just power the speakers through the head unit instead of going through the stock bose amp. thats what i did with my G back then.

alright my installation is done, new kenwood 7100 HU in place
all I needed was the nissan harness, and the antenna conversion cable nothing else in wiring, sounds awsome.
