Dealers in Houston
My experience(s) thus far....
I bought my G35 sedan from North Houston Infiniti on 10-17-05 and I must say the sales experience was awesome. Linda Harrell was absolutely great!
BUT....
Since taking ownership of the car it was seen a trip to the service department 3 times. Twice to N. Houston Infiniti and once to SW Houston Infiniti.
Both trips have not been pleasant as the car still has issues. For some reason they cannot seem to locate and kill the notorious tick, tick, rattle, rattle from the doors/windows.
One of the service writers with N. Houston Infiniti was especially rude to me because I walked in with a list of 7 issues with the car and he felt I was being too picky. I spent 37k on this car. I have the right to be picky. The loaner they provided was dirty inside and out and the tire pressure warning light was on. When I brought this to the service writers attention I was told that it was on (the light) due to the cold weather. Well after driving the car for nearly 200 miles the light never went off (like he stated it would). I checked the tire pressure to find there was only 20 psi in each tire. The manufacturer recommends 30.
SW Infiniti was not any better. I dealt with the Asst. Service Mgr and he was completely rude.

Thats not good news...I bought mine from North houston, and I live next to SW, and they are both jerks??? Homie, you must know a decent service advisor you can recommend at North Houston?
At this point and much to my dismay, I'll be taking the car to SW for service etc. SW is like 5 minutes from the Galleria (where I live) as apposed to 45 minutes to NH Infiniti.
Keeping fingers crossed.

I bought both my G's from North Houston and both experiences were the best i've ever had. I've dealt with new and used sales people there and couldn't believe how painless it was. My service advisor always takes good care of me and my car! Good luck!
I almost bought my car from Clearlake but found out that they are a bunch of liars. I also found out that they were affiliated with Southwest. I did not trust them. I think the consensus is either North or West Houston Inifiniti.
