Dealers in Houston
I have had zero problems with SW...I think it really depends on the individual person you deal with. My car goes back to SW tomorrow for my 12 month maintenance...hard to believe it's been a year already
My two cents: When I bought my PO G35 S a few months back, I dreaded dealing with used car salesmen based on my experiences in the past with Toyota and Nissan. So, I chose Infiniti for higher level of service and quality of product. and the fact that it is certified pre owned. I first went to Clear Lake Infiniti where the guy had absolutely none in stock and promised "several" in 10 days and then another 10 days on and on. I said screw him and went to North Houston Infiniti where the selection was a little better. Luckily, was able to get a decent sales guy and pre sale attitude was typical sales tactics but the post sale attitude was excellent - they took good care. I went to first service in Clear Lake Infiniti and they were excellent so far. So, I guess it all depends on who you run in to ...
