Clear Lake Infiniti Service Review.

I recenlty had to put my G in for service and decided to try something new.

I used to do everything at SW Infiniti mainly due to the fact that's where I bought it and I had 2 year /24k mile free service. But it was always impossible to get a time that goes around my schedule and I live in Pearland so the drive is pretty far.

First off, the last time I had it in at SW I complained about the brakes and I heard squeeling comign from the back...they replaced the front Also I was having intermittent issues with the fuel door not opening. Conclusion was that they couldn't duplicated the issue. Well ya doesn't happen all the time...Durrrr

Anyways....SO...I tried Clear Lake Infiniti. They replaced the back brakes FINALLY and went ahead and just replaced the fuel door actuator. No questions asked. The back brakes were badly glazed and were close to being at minimal thickness.

Suffice it to say I'm happy with my new service center. It's closer to home, they have times open around my schedule and actually I found them to be just as nice as the people at SW.

So if you live in the Pearland, Clear Lake, or the nearby area, you should definitely give them a try.

One of many reasons I don't go to SW Infiniti.

The squeeking did stop after the service and the brakes feel very firm and even.
I am not sure though why they don't replace everything brake related everytime. Maybe has to do with the warranty claims or maybe limitations on the TSB.

All i know is that the service was great and it's alot quicker for me to get there.
