Okay, here is the story, I brought my car to Infiniti Lafayette to have the Fuel Hose Recall and some others minor issue done. Since they said it's a Big job so they gave me a Loan car have my car there over night. Next day, I back to the dealership and was happy about the everything got done and FREE. Until I check my center console and found out that my VeilSide Emblem and Skyline S Emblem were GONE. I was like WTF. So, I talk to the manager and ask him about it. And he asked me " are you sure it was in your car " I was like
Yes, it was. But not anymore, because someone took it. I am so mad about this and I said, you gotta do something, 'cause it ain't right. Then he asked “do you have the recipe? I was like I don't know but I will look for it. And he said" I’m sorry if you don't have it I afraid I cannot do anything about it...

j/k thats messed up though....id rob them back.....just go pull a gone in 60 seconds and jack a fully loaded m45 or something...that'll teach em

Tell the manager that you are going to file a police report of theft unless they rectify this RIGHT NOW! Then Threaten to file a Better Buisness Bureau report at the same time. The negative publicity ought to bring them around.
Receipt for what? What does that prove if you do have a receipt? I don't get it sometimes, just because you have a receipt for something doesn't mean its been stolen out of your car. Does infiniti really think people try to scam them all the time or some bull ****? This isn't a hyundai or saturn... Do what cato says or just give them a receipt for anything high priced and say they stole it. *******s.. Good luck

They can't do anything. Your car goes through so many people. Not just you, the advisor and the tech. The keys can pass through 5 or 6 different hands before you get it back. But I'm sure if you bitch enough you'll get what you want. I know at most dealers they have a sign somewhere that says they aren't responsible for lost or stolen goods- could be some fine print. But it actually releases them from any responsibility. You should have locked it in the glovebox and given them the valet key.
All I'm saying is some of the things posted are alittle aggressive. And for what?- Some car washer in the back that won't be at the dealer tomorrow? Hmm...

Ask to talk to the Service Manager Leslie. I've had service done over there and had personal stuff in the car and it never went missing. BTW do you own that silver coupe with the HKS Exhaust? It sounds awesome!
