OK... a little ticked at the chick behind the accounts receivable counter and need some mental support from some G owners here.

So I picked up my car from Infiniti of Charlotte on Monday and I have the standard 10% off coupon that you download from their website (which was stapled to the back of my work order). We discuss the price (which was over $450) and i mention the 10% coupon. When i get home i see that she didn't give me the discount. Now the problem.....

When i call back they say the only thing they can do is give me another 10% off coupon to use at a later date. Are you F'ing kidding me..... it's free to download what do i need one from them for!!! Still waiting for a call back from the service manager. Wait until i tell him they listed tire rotation on my work order ...... and i drive a 6MT that aren't rotated!!

Anyone have any better luck at Norman Infiniti??

After attempting to deal with their sales dept, I decided to stay away from there. It is a shame since they are only about 5 miles away. I bought my car and plan to bring it for any warranty work to Lake Norman.

 

I ended up buying my G at Lake Norman infiniti because the service at Charlotte sucked. L. Norman will take care of you,,,they go out of their way everytime I even step foot in the stoor. hope this helps
