Yeah I heard about em, from a friend who drives a Mercedes, said they've taken his twice already, and that the lights are expensive... We'll see whats up, usually have mine in the garage over night, just hope they don't lift them while I'm out somewhere. Are they that easy to pop out and take? Or do they bust the front part then take em?

i posted it on another topic, but i'll more than likely be going to Quarterdeck off of Sunrise Blvd and Flamingo Road in Plantation, FL Friday nite....sometime around 11pm or so...

Its located right across from the Sawgrass Mills Mall....

 

WEAK! WEAK! WEAK! Yesterday was the first day I literally spent all day in my car running from meeting to meeting, jobsite to jobsite. I must have seen about a dozen or so G35 in my travels and not one of them either gave the thumbs up or returned a thumbs up. By the way there are too many of the Desert Platinums out there. To top it all off, as I was leaving a jobsite last night a round 12 A.M. in NMB, I was heading north on U.S. 1 and saw a Desert Plat w/rims hang a U in front of me, so I opened it up to catch up, mind you, there is no another car on the road at this time, I pulled up next to the guy (fairly young looking) and he would not even look over. I am thouroughly disappointed in the SoFla G Tribe. I get more high signs, beeps and brights from my fellow TTer's (POS). I find it hard to belive that all of these people that own G's just bought them as only transportation and not because they truely love their car as much as we do. Can I get a halleluyah!

Yeah I hear ya!

I saw three the other day, most I've ever seen ever! usually see maybe 1 a week. Not one gave me a heads up, or a whats up.

One of them was a desert plat. with black rims, and about 10% tints, He was behind me at a light, we turned I gave em a whats up, but he was out to prove himself and sped off, without even a glance.

I guess the G owners around here want to feel special as if they're the only G's on the road. Bah!

Black 6MT, anyone have a good place to get some tints done? was going to do it this week but got bogged down at work.

WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO? I was out on saturday, running some errands in Fort Lauderdale, when I cam a across a sight I could not believe! I saw a red/willow G35 sitting on a Honda used car lot. Who in the @#$% would trade a G35 for any Honda. Hopefully who ever the disserter is, traded it for an S2K. The upside to this story is, the G35 was sitting on a platform in the corner of the lot as if to say, "maybe people will come in and buy a car if we (Honda) put this really cool car out front". I am not knocking Hondas, being a former owner ('91 Prelude Si) myself, but if you can afford a G35 why take a step back?
