It is a little irritating, I expected some suspension noise but this is loud. Plus the drop is still uneven. The left rear sits the lowest and the rest of the car sits around 2.5 inches. I am measuring from the seem of the tire (sidewall meets tread). I am starting to become a little dissapointed in this swap. The springs appeared to be in good condition. Will be jacking it up to recheck and make sure everything is tighten down.

 

This is in no means of undermining the work performed. I truly appreciate all the help that was given. Any suggestions on what to do first to try to resolve this?

Are we still trying to meet up this Friday?

might want to check all bolts that were removed or loosened. My friend forgot to bolt his endlinks on his rear sway on one side and the car had a little bit of a squat to that side.

Also, with a drop, your camber will be different from either side which will make the car appear lower.

I will almost guarantee a camber kit and alignment will fix the issue

 

Just had the alignment done Tuesday. I had the tech check everything, they said they did not notice any thing out of place. Not sure how thoroughly they actually checked it though.

 

Dang man, I hate to hear that. Hopefully it'll settle in and the noise will reduce. Maybe it'll take a little time after the alignment.

We never removed the rear end links as it was just springs, and I'm 99% sure it wasn't due to installation. I don't believe that the rear spacer would cause the noise either.

Now, anyone up for tomorrow night? I know I'm still interested. I had a birthday last Saturday that I've yet to celebrate. I'm up for a meet and ride tomorrow night.

But Saturday I'm inviting everyone I can to hickory tavern up in huntersville. WVU plays ECU at 3:30, and WVU is my team. I'm trying to meet up there around 3 to try and miracle a good table. Anyone interested?

Then you have PF Chang's and On the Boarder. Both pretty good.

There's also a Cheesecake factory down at southpark mall that is awesome. Not a bad choice if we roll into the city. Tell you what, I'll post a thread to get this organized.

my girlfriend backed into it but (deer hit it) to make her feel better about it. She didnt want me telling anyone that she backed in to it but i lowered it on some tanabes but it sits pretty damn low. I got Johns approval for hella flush south east sector lol
