Yeah bro. Its pretty ruff. I always take my bumper off and remove the whole headlight. They have not been off in a year because of that.

You're definitely right. Changing out bulbs in the G is the biggest PITA... I'm finally throwing on some springs this weekend and also fixing my headlights that got f-ed up because of condensation. Should be in good shape by Sunday. I haven't had any free time for way too long, but now things are finally slowing down for me.

I have yellow fog bulbs too and I love how they look, both behind the wheel and seeing them head on.

Haven't even had a chance to start the quads. I've had zero time to do anything at all except travel, work and sleep. I want to get it going over these next couple weekends though. Anyone have suggestions on what projectors I should go with? I know there's a thread on someones quad projector build, but I am being lazy right now.

Got the springs installed yesterday. Despite the majority opinion I decided to go with 350z htechs and struts. My only true reason for going with this setup is because I really don't want to have to go through all the hassle again with being too low and not being able to adjust my ride height. So, until coilovers, the htechs stay. And I like them a lot, for now.

Now that we have some nice weather I'll clean her up and take some pictures.

BTW. I don't suggest doing suspension work on your own. I should have figured out when to get with a couple of you guys and do it, but with the way it worked out for me before meeting with you guys I didn't think anyone would really want to.

Anyway, watching some fooseball today and fixing the headlights.

Alright guys, need some help here. Installed the htechs the other day and they were fine for a day or two, but now they're making all sorts of knocking/klunking/banging noises over various different terrains (dips, bumps, slow sharp turns, etc)... Sounds like something might be loose, but I checked again yesterday and everything seems tight to me... Any ideas? This is really damn annoying.

If you removed the A arm bolts, check those. Will had a similar problem and one of those had worked loose. I'd also check the rear springs to make sure they're seated properly in the buckets. There is a slot in there that they need to fit in. Other than that, there's only the bolts where the spring bucket mounts to the wheel assembly in the rear, and the end link bolt in the front and the shock mount.

Did the spring instructions have you cut the top of the bump stop off the front shock? I had to do it with mine. I don't know if that might have something to do with it or not?

I didn't have instructions, but that sounds like it might be the issue... I checked all of the other bolts and they all seem solid. I will be doing another run thru of everything this weekend.

I didn't realize the rear springs had to sit in the buckets in a specific manner until I got one on and was practically finished with the other one. PITA I had to go redo them both after I was finished, but now I know...

It wasnt an upper arm bolt on mine. The tech at Lake Norman found one of the bolts on the sway bar connector loose. They tightened for free, well I was getting oil changed at same time.

Alright, I'm now sitting at Lake Norman Modern Nissan Service waiting for my G to be looked at. I jacked her back up yesterday and went through everything and I couldn't figure it out... So, now I'm here to get it looked at. Any other ideas?

Could it be the A-arms banging against the fender liner? This is sooo damn annoying and I have to be on a flight for work to Indianapolis yesterday, but I'm not going anywhere until I get this stupid clunking/knocking figured out... I obviously have my priorities in line.
