I know the tint regulations are 35%, but how strictly are they enforced? I plan on going 25-30%, just wanted to hear your run-ins with the po-po's.

 

i've heard NC cops are dicks when it comes to tin but ive never personally encountered them

 

The few years I have been driving I have never had a problem with them.. More in va than nc.

 

Never had a problem... Going on 3 years now with 20% all around. Inspection time is when things get a little hairy.

^ Yeah the drive from NoVa to Charlotte isn't bad, I do it atleast three - four times a year. Just be weary for cops on 81 until you get to 77. Once on 77 your good since the spd lmt is 70, but once you cross into NC dont go more than 15 over in the first country, Surry County NC, always cops.
