Ticket for Window Tints...Please help

i dont understand thats like 35% tint how can a cop give u a ticket for that? its almost clear was the cop high wen he saw ur tint..by law they have to measure it with the sheet they cant just give a ticket cuz it looks dark so many factors such as sunroof... interior..lighting outside... come into play wiht how your tinted windows look

In cali you cant have any tint at all on the front windows
