There is a list on this forum somewhere listing vendors (search) or you can call local car places to ask. Tinting places and some Infiniti dealers can do it or you can put it on yourself. I would not recommend DIY if you want the bumper peice. I put the hood, headlight, mirror and door edge ones on ordering a kit off the web. I did two of these on my previous car and the hood part was not easy to do right. The others were no problem.
I had a shop do the first install on my white Maxima and they got green fibers from the installer's fleese jacket under it. It was fixed before any payment was made, so inspect anyone else's work closeley.
