Fixing curb rash in the Valley (LA)

There is a guy in Temple City, CA that just did (3) 19" coupe oem rims for me and I was impressed with his work. He fixed all 3 that had pretty bad curb rash, and balanced/remounted tires I gave him over the weekend.
His name is Rafi, cell is 626-319-9185. I think his Shop is called Wheel Cosmo, Inc. He does wheels for dealerships and I've seen some very expensive rims from Status get fixed there.

Velvet Touch Is Awesome!!!!
I met Mike from Velvet Touch over at Mission Viejo Infiniti this morning. He started right on time and was very professional. His work was meticulous. You can tell he's been doing this for a while.
He started off by grinding the curb rash out of the wheel. Then he wet sanded the area, followed by a light scuff to help the paint adhere. He applied a black basecoat over the entire rim lip all the way around, then 3 or 4 coats of the silver paint, followed by 2 coats of the clearcoat. No shortcuts here. All in all, it took him about an hour and a half. The wheel looks perfect, and the paint matches about 99%, I'd say. It really was worth the money, and the time that I spent driving down to the OC from LA.
If you're thinking about getting curb rash repaired. . . stop thinking and just get it done with Velvet Touch. You'll be happy you did.
