06 G35 Auto/Manual Horsepower

What the difference in Horsepower between the Auto and Manual Trans?

How is that determined?

you lose HP at the wheel due to the torque converter.

At 28 hp and manual 298 hp. all about the shifting...

They state 298 Manual 280Hp Auto.

Unually car Manufactors state HP at the Flywheel?

Would't they be the same?

I missing something?
