Time is money so you have to weigh in whether it is worth it (i.e. you work on an hourly wage, you don't have paid sick leave or time off) or whether you believe you can get the bail back. Sounds like the method here was pretty good because only one day was spent in actual court and the case was eventually dismissed. Good job!
