Nice Restaurant To Take The Woman

What's up everybody, it's Myke from SD.
I need a few suggestions on where to take my gf of about one year. I'm looking to spend about a bill between the both of us. I've never been to a really nice upscale restaurant with a girl, the last time I can remember was with my parents at their anniversary haha. LAME. Any ideas? By nice, I mean like not formal or anything with a suit n shiet, but a place you can go to and dress Express nice without looking weird, slacks and a collared shirt or something..preferably a dim lit place with a candle in the middle of the table. Ya know? Like something out of the movies or something haha. But I dont want to go to a place where there is no one there but people that are 50+ haha.

She lives in riverside and Orange County doesn't seem too far...so maybe a place around there? Help would be appreciated. THANKS! Females, don't be afraid to throw in your opinions.

Narrow down your area where you want to eat (and food preferences) and I'll check my Zagat guide.

There's always Billy's in New Port.... right on the water great food and drinks, then you can drool over the Lambo's and Ferrari's as you take a strole down pch. End up at the Island hotel with an ocean view room.......

(why's that sound like I've done that before)

Burbank Castaway
click this link bro
http://www.castawayrestaurant.com/
or google burbank castaway and it will give you all the info that you need
there is also "visit our specialty restaurants" section on that website.
see if there is a place close to huntington beach..

Orange Hill in Orange. Beautiful. Up on a very high hill. You can chill outside too. Beautiful. You can see the whole city. Highly recommended.

If you're in San Diego, World Famous in Pacific Beach would be my first choice. I love that place. Upscale, but still casual. Right on the boardwalk with the hum of the ocean omnipresent. Dark enough, but not too dark. And the food is excellent. Steaks or seafood rule.

I'm not familiar with the OC area at all so I can't recommend a restaurant there. San Diego and L.A. I know very well. Let me know if you want more recommendations.

thanks a lot guys appreciate the input. She doesn't like meat all that much, nor does she like fatty foods haha, however she does like foods with complex tastes.

^^^Does bbq count then? I love lucille's memphis bbq, it's some of the best bbq I've ever tasted in a restuarant. Ohhh wait, she doesn't like fatty foods? Then fuggetaboutit. Go with other people who like to get their hands dirty

see here ^^^ for locations.

Don't go on Sunday, everybody goes there after church and you'll never get in.
