for the other guy. I've been rear ended twice in my previous car which was a civic hatchback. the first time on the 605 North, the guy said he wasn't paying attention. He hit a New Acura RL, that hit me and I hit a newer camry. the first guy was driving a Chevy Truck. I got a full paint job and some extra cash out of it, plus I was going to therapy and got about 5 grand from my lawyer.... 1 month after getting it back from the body shop. I was rear ended again. I gave up on the car after that and just bought another one with the insurance money.

damn ouch.... sory to hear that from everone... i was in an accident early this year... but with my other car... i was happy cuz she rear ended me.... that would of killed my bumper and my exhaust...but gluck fixing the damage

I know what your goin through, I was rear ended on the 105 fwy, the day before Thanksgiving last year. A BIG RIG DIESEL truck slammed into my Armada, I was doin bout 15 mph, he was doin ~25-30, he catapulted me into a new camary. A month and a half, and $15k (not a typo) later, I Finally got my truck back.
Good thing you did't get back problems, be thankful for that. But its perfectly ok to be pissed off!

Man I forgot about this thread. Got the car back and everything is good. New trunk hood, front/rear bumpers, right quarter panel, and new rear tailights.
