Reputable body shops in SFV/818?

Anyone know a good and not too expensive body shop in the SFV/818 area? I need to get my Nismo bumper and Impul sides painted.

Also, how much should I expect these to cost (each)?

Thanks,
Jeff

Should post in the regionals section. You'll most likely get better response. But I do have a shop for you here in RI

On Chatsworth, immediately across the street from the MetroLink station. I forget the name, left there in 2002. Also on the North/South street just east of the station there are several shops.

The best is Doug's Custom in Chatsworth. They're located on Canoga Ave between Devonshire and Lassen. It's 1 street east of the metrolink station. They painted my Nismo spoiler. Dave's the manager, Doug's the owner. Good luck.

I went to NP2 Autobody in Pasadena. $800 for the Nismo bumper, Impul sides, Lip spoiler, and re-paint my Gialla grille.. Cheap, but the service/quality sucked. I wouldn't go there again.

Maybe I just got unlucky that it was raining the day I picked it up and I asked them if they could finish the job in 4 days, (if they coulnd't do it, they could have told me that they couldn't rather than half-a*sed my stuff). I had water spots on my grille, and excess clearcoat on the lip spoiler which they said they were gonna remove, but didn't. They said they were gonna re-polish my grille because it had fingerprints and water spots because they installed the damn thing when it was not even dry and that they painted the grille under the rain or something.. but they didn't.

I also had some nicks and scratches on my rims.

I give it a 5/10 'cause it was so cheap, but it's obvious that they aren't in it for the quality.

With that said, to be fair, some people that referred me to that shop were happy with the outcome.

sorr to hear that bro but the paint looks like it matches pretty well. U got pix of the door sill and where they drill the holes to make the impul sides stay? Also how do u like the CF hood? I was thinking about getting one but alittle afraid its going to fly off. Do u feel it shaking while u're driving and at what speeds? THanks.

The paint matches real good. The only problem is the quality of the work. Anyway, I'll try to get some pictures of the door sills regarding the side skirts. About the hood, I like it. I got it through a hook-up for $300 new. I just adjusted the latch and it hasn't given me a scare yet. No shaking/vibrating. I've gone close to 100mph and not a problem so far. *crosses fingers* I'm definitely looking into getting hood pins though.

Haha. I don't think the guy works there anymore. I wanted a CF trunk too, but no more.
