Thumbs up West Covina Nissan Rocks!!!

Thanks Jeff, Frank, Harry, and service tech!

Took the G to WC Nissan today and I think I found a new home for service! I've always been fond of Tustin Infiniti because they were mod friendly and always went to extra mile with special fixes and tweaks. But the Tech I always requested (Ron) left... so did the service mgr (Frank) and one of the svc writers (Harry)... Tustin is not bad – but definitely not what it use to be.

Low and behold Frank and Harry are now at West Covina Nissan!!! The customer service is everything others have been saying - top notch for sure! But the best thing is these guys understand our passion and are VERY mod friendly! They are what Tustin Infiniti use to be and more!

These guys take the time to talk with you, understand your needs and deliver!!! The facility is awesome - cleanest bay's I've ever seen (granted it's new) - the low-profile in-ground lift is impressive (perfectly flush to the ground). Jeff in parts is way helpful! (oh yeah, what everyone says about the chicks there being hot… it’s true!)

If you have special projects or mods on your list (or already on your car) I highly recommend this location for parts and service! I will more than likely be taking the G there for typical maintenance too!

Jeff and Frank, thanks guys for all your help! You really went the extra mile and didn’t have to! It is appreciated! You have a good crew, Harry has always been good to me and the tech today was very cool (even he was ultra cust svc oriented!) I will be seeing you and your team often in the future!

Thanks West Covina - glad I found a svc home for the G again!

Unfortunately no - I wish they would though because that's what I use to really like about Tustin, they had techs there that would go above and beyond to get things right. I think WC Nissan has the same approach - but only the Zs will get the service in that respect.

However they do honor the extended warranty for Gs (you have a while to wait for that though).

sounds good. thanks for the info Mike.

I have an appt on Wed @ Tustin so they can change my Bose deck, rear axle click and also do my oil change while it's there.

Are they doing the axle-click and head unit under warranty?

I tried calling you about 3:00 on my way home from TechnoSquare… I was thinking of going to Irwindale, wanted to see if you wanted to go… I actually got on & off the fwy at the 91-605 junction twice, debating on whether I should go... driving in a freeway circle like a knucklehead... traffic sucked and I didn’t have cash on me and not sure where a BofA is around there – so decided to wait. Next week maybe though.

yes, they'll be doing the head unit and axle-click under warranty. I'll have hopefully an 07 G35 as a loaner as they did say I would be getting a loaner.

I would of loved to go to Irwindale since I didn't go to work today but I had to go to class tonight cuz I had an exam!

How's your g running? you got it tuned again right?

It's running great now... Tadashi got the A/F dialed in and the HFC have given some gains... TQ down low and across the rmp... that's why I wanted to go to Irwindale - I was just on my way home and diggin' the way the car felt so wanted to test at the track. I'm anxious to see how it pulls on the dyno and at the track.

Irwindale next Thurs maybe?
