oil change...that's it. you don't really have much servicing to do until about 30-35k miles. Then you have to change tranny fluids, gear oil, coolant, etc.

this settles it, im thru with going to cerritos infiniti. they said my car wouldn't probably make it over there stands or swing arms or something like that.

heri, i'll also go there for my oil change soon, maybe in a few days. i'm driving from long beach and it'll take me 40 min. to get there, so take good care of me and my ride bro.

i'll call you in a few months for my 30k service.

are you guys open on sat and sun? bc, it'll be perfect for me on sun. how long does the service take?

 

Cerritos infiniti sucks bro... Their service is not acceptable... Just to install a AEM cold air intake it took them two freaking days.... The service manager told me its hard to install... Common give me a break...

 

i did mine in 45 minutes on my own. 2 days? did they charge you an arm and a leg too? that's just BS. any half a$$ mechanic could have had that done in 2 hours!

 

why'd you have them install if for you then?

can't expect much for free... But I agree - I would not take my car to Cerritos.

Damn, now i have to drive up from OC to W.Covina.

 

just got my alignment done yesterday. heri and the guys at west-co nissan are great. heri's a really good guy to deal with. they got the car done a little faster than expected, and when they washed it, they actually did a pretty good job. i was impressed. they brought all my specs back to the green!

 

Would you believe that they bent my ABS bracket that came with my SPC camber kit? They were trying to fix my ABS light and torqued the bracket down too hard. Cracked the bracket. Don't get me wrong. Heri is really cool...but I never met the guy who worked on my car. If you know one of the techs there, lemme know man, cuz I'm a bit weary about them after I found out that happened.

Also, Heri was supposed to call me back about my warranty but I never heard back from him.

 

makes me think twice about going there now..
but I never had a problem.. been there couple of times..
also their "customer service" is great though..
