Sounds like I will be switching to West Covina Nissan for my oil changes. I normally go to Performance Nissan anyway.

Sent you a PM...

Heri,

Dealers usually wash the car once the service is done... will there be any problems requesting "no car wash" - heard stories of other dealers in the past washing the car after specific instructions not to do so (resulted in aftermarket rims being stained and what not).

Thanks for all the great prices too!

sorry about that first and formost, but i do understand on some of these custom g's i would not recommend the car washes or like myself I wash and detail my cars and would not take it any where else to get a car wash.
Hey aHero4Eternity, did we damage your car? let me know what I can do to make things right
and it would not be a problem if you did not want your car washed

I currently have 33k miles on my car and I haven't done a single service done. Well, besides the oil changes and the in-cabin filter. I'm thinking I need to come in for an inspection/check-up..

Anyone know what I need? Fluids, belts, etc.?

whenever i go to the dealer for anything i always have a piece of paper that says NO CAR WASH and if i feel the service rep is not serious about me not washing my car then i stick that paper on my window!

When we get our cars serviced at nissan is there a record of it? Like if our service records got pulled up at an infiniti or nissan dealership would it show that we had it done?

!Heri was my service writer at Tustin Infiniti... Frank was the svc mgr there... they will take car of you for sure! I took my car to WC Nissan and was very pleased!

To the wash/damage issue... I have powder coated wheels, the first time Tustin took them off they scuffed the inner lug holes - I didn’t mention it because they are only OEMs but powder coated... but the next time I had brakes and rotation I told Heri to be sure the service tech is careful... not a scratch!

Also, with regards to brake warranty (for pre 05) I only needed pads one particular time - Heri had rotors replaced (front) and turned in the rear - "just to be on the safe side"...

Granted, this was all at Infiniti Tustin, but now Heri and Frank are at WC Nissan and I got similar treatment when I took the G there.

Highly recommended! My car will be going back
