So if i have a license plate and tint ticket I cannot get charged for another one until my 1st case is CLOSED.

Its like saying.. if you run a stop sign infront of two cops and they both give you a ticket for the same thing at the same time and place..

another example.. you park in 2hr parking and get a ticket every two hours.. no once you get a ticket you will not get another one for the remainder of your day (assuming you do not move your vehicle or the ticket).

So right now I cannot get another ticket for front plate and tint until aug (which i'm going to extend for another month until sept)
