Wheel Repair - 626 preferably
I just got new wheels and had my OEM 19s ready to be sold....planning to be shipped out today. I took them to a shop to get the tires dismounted, and they managed to scratch the hell out of one of the wheels as well as get smaller scratches on the three other wheels. The shop will pay up to $50/wheel to get them fixed, so I need a place to get them repaired.
I know Tru Wheel in Hollywood does good work, and Velvet Touch does good work as well. The problem is that I work 7-5 (minimum) in Monrovia, which makes it tough to get my wheels to a place 30+ miles away that also works normal business hours.
If anyone knows of a place that can get this done (preferably this week, and preferably under $200 total) that's fairly close to Monrovia, I would appreciate your help so much! Thanks!

Never tried them, but I'm trying to find some time to bring my wheels to them to get fixed since they are very close to me.

I'm not even sure how it's possible for them to do such a poor job....I mean, this is what they do all day long. On the other three wheels, they didn't chip the paint off, but it's obvious enough to me that they're scratched.
Do you even think it's possible for this to be fixed with $50? Or should I really push the issue and go through their insurance so I can get the wheel fixed correctly for however much it costs?

I got quoted $110 to fix a bent rim, which includes fixing it, polishing the lip, taking it apart and reclearing it. Pretty whatever it takes to get it back to new for $110. Give them a call and see what they say, i think it's possible for $50 or less. Just a warning though...i never used them before so I have no idea how good their work is...

I didn't bother with Tru Wheels because I called them and the person I talked to was rude....hardly wanted to give me the time of the day. I went to Velvet Touch and was very happy with the work....took about an hour to fix all four wheels and they looked great. I was very impressed. If I mess up my new wheels (which will make me cry), I will definitely be hitting them up again.

Velvet Touch is coming to my work this morning, picking up one pair of wheels, fixing them up and bringing them back tonight and then doing the same with the second pair of wheels next friday. They have been more then helpful trying to help me since I only have one car, which is my daily driver and dont have an extra set of wheels lying around.
They initially quoted me $150/rim for curb and repolish and now they bumped it down to $100 Just be polite! and they will do for you the best they can!
