pissed!

gave in my car to the deal for service. specifically told them not to wash the car. told them 3 times.. went to go pick it up.. and of course.. they washed it. this is the 3rd time this happened. cussed out the guy who serviced my car and said that i was going to get a detailer to detail my job and they were going to pay for it. so i guess they will be paying me to detail my car. lol.. but im still pissed. there goes 5-6 hours of my time!

dont detail the car when you take it in for service, then they can wash it all they want

I printed out a little sign that i put in the clock display and Costa Mesa seems to get the point. One time i forgot to put it up, told them not to wash it and they still did. I don't think the porters and the mechanics ever really read the job order slips.

^ problem is the porters do not get the work order.. trust me if they knew that you didnt want your car washed.. they wont wash it lol..

+1 the sign works tho.. I know advisors/writers that'll make a sign them selves

Hell no. I wouldn't let them wash my car regardless of when the last time I detailed my car. My car could be filthy, covered in mud, whatever. I wouldn't let them wash my car...
