I doubt that. Ceramic tint should cost a good amount more. Anyone have it done at Cali Tint? If so, how much did it cost, and for what?

I hear Formula 1 Pinnacle tint is pretty nice...wonder how much that'd cost. Would mentioning Peter for ceramic help out as well??

They provide metallic and ceramic. The price I listed is for ceramic.

I, and everyone else on this forum that has been there, got ceramic tint for that price.

So I'm guessing ceramic is a bit better than metallic?

I wanna get my car's tint redone also. Mine came tinted from the dealer and it's little too light for my taste. I want them a bit darker.

If they take the old tint out and put the new ones on, will it be a lot more expensive? I think I wanna go with either limo or maybe just a bit lighter than that... any idea?

BTW, my car is in the body shop at the moment (although I'll get it back on Saturday) and I'll be going back home to Arizona for the holidays so I think I'll be doing the tints after the New Years day...

i went there to get my tint came out great there were done real fast.

but i got a problem.

my passenger side got chipped some how and i got a bubble that i dont think that is going to fade away. its right in the middle of my passeger side window.

hopefully they can fix the chipped part. IM not sure but i think it occured cause the window goes down a bit. so when the passenger door opens window goes down then with new tint i think it caused the damage. im going to head down there see what they can do.

has the crew improved their installation of ceramic tint?

when i had the ceramic installed, they left nasty ghost marks where they heat shrunk the fingers.
youre supposed to dry shrink the thicker ceramic film. but they wet shrink it.

you can see the ghost marks when the sun hits your glass at an angle, especially during sunset.
see............
