Metro Infiniti
Metro Infiniti
Hey guys, sittin here at Metro Infiniti in Monrovia (near Arcadia) getting some warranty (axle clicking) work done. There are a few modified G's in the back lot. They look damn nice, but my camera is in my car.
The service advisor and tech seemed like nice guys. we'll see how it turns out. i haven't heard much of these guys on the board, nothing bad or good.

i think my service guy said joseph is no longer in the service department.
i talked to mike huang, older guy. got in an out no problems. half hour to fix the axle clicking.

They tarnished my volks and denied responsibility. I had to pay to have the lips repolished. The service writers there were always ok, but the service manager.....I'll hold back on my feelings about him. I don't even know if its the same service manager from 2 years ago when it happend anyway. All the service writers you mentioned in the above posts aren't framiliar to me.
Edit- I decided to post some things that the service manager at the time said to me. He denied the fact that they used chemicals to clean wheels when the sales manager the day before had told me "Every dealership uses chemicals." He also told me they couldn't use spray on wheels because it turned the stock infiniti wheels black. I went to look up that TSB and the TSB really said not use Chrome wheel cleaner on non chrome wheels, and that was the reason they turn black. These were just a few of the twists of the truth they told me just to get me to leave. They did a good job of getting me to leave because I've never gone back, have many times referred others to glendale, cerritos, and montclair.
Everything was great when I was paying them and nothing went wrong. The true test of a businesses service is how they handle it when something goes wrong.

Stealerships........Honest or Not!
This is my view, when a dealership makes an error and it damages one of
our cars if they are honest and take responsibility for their mistakes shows
me what kinda origination they have....standup guys (honest) or dishonest
(pos)!
I know of one incident where they destroyed Volks at the dealership
in Valencia and wouldn't follow thru to replace them. Not sure of the final
outcome but won't take my car to them!
