any reviews on Kearny Mesa Infiniti service?

approaching 40k miles soon (currently at 35k) and i want to have the stereo replaced (cd is stuck ) and maybe have her brakes checked.

so anybody got any feedback with this place? i moved from L.A. and i was relatively pleased with Glendale Infiniti.

thanks.

They're decent, only thing i had a problem with was that i told them NOT NOT NOT to wash the car, Service guy even wrote it twice on the work order. I came to pick the car up and he said "We couldnt even wash the car since their was no window" (had my car broken into) i was like... WHAT?!?! i told you not to wash the car either way.

they're decent. there's this bald headed white dude who worked at the parts desk i didn't like. i was trying to order something but he was ignoring me and helped the others customers that got there after me. i got a call from infiniti a few days later asking for some feedback on there service. i told them that dude was a d!ck. never had a problem after that.

I work down the street from them and am hesitant to take my car there. I'm sure their techs are good but their greeters are the ones who probably break and scratch stuff. Not to mention the constant high revs you hear when driving by. I think I might just have one of our techs here do it unless someone can tell me either Kearny Mesa or Esco are really good.

same here, i just went yesterday to get some screws so i can put my interior back together after the break in... he was no help whatsoever. They had one of the screws i needed, only one... i needed 4. And he said he cant even find the other screws i need.
