help/ advice needed. marks on windshield window

i have these marks on my window which appears to be caused by the windshield wipers. it doesnt appear to be scratched. i've tried using windex, but i just can get it off. i ask some dude and he suggested that i try using a razor blade to take it off, but that just seems ridiculous in my opinion. so guys/girls...any advice? thanks in advance.

+1 razor blade will take it off but make sure you get a standard razor blade not the crazy ones from home depot..

regular one like this

if your not comfortable with doing this try using claybar or sheepwool (something like that) make sure you never apply alot of pressure when using the above.

And always "lube" up the surface using either quick deailer or soapy water..

I use scraperite "plastic" razor blades for delicate situations before trying metal ones:

i dont have a claybar right now. im not sure if that is going to work...since the buffer, the razor blade, and my finger nail wont even get rid of it. it doesnt even show any sign of it going away..not even a scratch/ mark. i just purchased this car used. i think they might have applied something to it making it invisible while it was at the dealership. blah...thanks for the help guys..i'll start attending some of the meets next month. thanks again=P
