Lowered G on Z H-Techs

Okay guys after months of research on lowering my 06' G coupe w/sport suspension I have come to the conclusion I cannot afford coilovers, but I am looking for any G coupes that have the 350Z Tein H-Tech springs on their car and no other suspension mods.

Is there anyone around the Glendale or Pasadena area I could meet up with to see what the ride quality is like?

Also could you guys get into spec without a rear camber kit or is it best just to get the kit so you can save the tires?

Thanks guys,
Tyler

Z h-techs will give ua lower drop.....if u go h-techs you wont need a camber kit....if you go s-techs you will....some people just rock stock shocks as well

^for the rears you will prolly want a camber kit.. I'm at UCLA and you can come see how much the stock cambers can do.. it's at least 2.x degress of neg camber in the rear, so I'm installing a camber kit.

I also have -1.4 in the front, spec is up to 1.3, but I'm going to leave it.

Cost of Installing Springs/Coilovers....!

I'm going to drop my G after the Stillen event so I've been asking around what
the install would cost. Time to install normally takes 1 to 1.5 hours if you
have a lift and all the right tools....I asked a friend who owns an alignment
shop that I've known for 20 years what he'd charge me....$400 with alignment. Alignment couldn't cost more than a $100 for a four wheel plus or
minus a few, my conclusion is that he's got some very slow employees working for him!

i paid 100 to install springs, and 80 for all four wheel alignment.

so 400 is to much for me

maybe cuz i got the rear upper mount cut by ~1/4" for a more even drop.. so my rears are more out of spec

Apparently the difference in drop from just the H-techs vs. H-techs + springmount mod is enough to make it difficult/not possible to get camber back in spec.

^100 for install is a steal.. but for alignment.. i recommend JustTires (chain store).. they charged me 70 bux for will re-align for free within 6 months.. so I re-aligned after the drop.. and will go again after i get the rear camber and they are the only shop I know that opens on sundays!
