Anyone?!
Anyone have for rent or know of someone renting a house, I am looking for a 3bdr+ here in Orange County, even considering Long Beach depending on the neighborhood. I can pay up to 2k a month before utils. Any help would be appretiated. I have credit issues lingering from my past
but am always on time with my rent and current bills. Thanks!

+1. $2k might get you a really nice 2 bdrm apt or good 3 bdrm apt. house will definitely be over $2k.

for the record, I lived in newport beach 1 block from the sand in a fully furnished big house for $2100 a month! That was hard to find but not impossible in OC.
Use craigslist.com!!! It literally has changed my life lol Ive bought cars, sold 2 carsw on there. Found a roommate and sold about 15 things. Watch out for wierdos and scammers but you should be fine lookin for a house. The ones that rent homes on there are kinda kooky lol

^^^ I've lived in So Cal all my life - in OC most of my adult life - HB, NB, Ana, GG... these days the price you paid to be 1 block from beach in Newport is very uncommon and it would be very difficult for anyone to find a 3 BD home there for 2K. It really is that cut and dry.
10 yrs ago maybe... today – very, very unlikely.
