Any San Diegans use Pemex Gas

Has anyone run mexican gas in there car? I cross the border several times a week and gas is currently 2.70 gallon in Tijuana compared to 4.75 in San Diego. I know its a lower octane and I see a lot of nice cars driving around TJ so I assume they are using it. Just wondering if anyone on the board has exeperience putting it in there G.

I think there premium is called magma. The only issue I have with buying the premium is that I dont think that many people buy it, so therefore the gas might be old in those tanks, also this is Mexico so it could just be the regular gas anyways.

not in my G, but my wife and several members of her family have crossed the border for much cheaper gas.

the Sentri pass is the best thing since sliced bread. Rarely do you wait more than 15 minutes to pass coming back.
